The Indigenous Women’s Health Research Coalition is composed of First Nations, Métis, Inuit and Indigenous women, two-spirit scholars, and researchers from universities and institutions across Canada. 

We support the development of a National Women’s Health Framework that responds to the unique and diverse contexts, needs and priorities of Indigenous individuals, families, and communities.

Build a network of peers and professionals, creating opportunity and mentorship for those new to academia and developing their careers.

Collaborate

Collaborate with peers and professionals on research projects and knowledge mobilization efforts in Indigenous Womens’ Health.

Mobilize

Create a national health framework that addresses the unique and diverse contexts of First Nations, Métis and Inuit women, families, and communities.
